Closing a Support Request

I don't need help anymore. How do I close my support request?
Answer
To close your support request please go here and follow the
instructions below.
Log into your support account.
If you do not recall your support account password, use the If you
have forgotten your password... section to have a new one sent to
you.
Click the Questions button or link.
Find the 12-digit reference number matching the one on the support
request you wish to close.
Click the subject line to the right of that reference number.
Scroll to the bottom and click the Update Question button.
Locate the Results and/or Additional Information section
Click the I no longer need an answer to this question checkbox – the
box should then be checked.
Click the Submit Update to Question button at the bottom of the
page.
Your support request will be moved to Closed status.
