How do I contact someone in support?
Answer
If you are unable to find the answer to your support question in the
Lineage 2 Adena Support Center, you can use the Ask a Question
feature to contact support. The Ask a Question feature is located at
the bottom of each page of the Support Center.

type of issue you want to contact us about.
Account Support, Billing, or Technical Support
Choose this link for support with your accounts such as password
issues, adding a game, or changing your contact information, billing
related issues such as changing your payment option or canceling
your account, or technical support issues such as installation
problems or lag issues.
Game Support
Choose this link for any type of in-game issue such as mission
problems, game feedback and suggestions, or inappropriate behavior.
Other
Choose this link for all issues that do not fit into the Account
